Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of the period you've already paid for — do it yourself at paddle.net. You keep the allowance until then, and every note, transcript and draft stays in your folders.
Why there's no money-back window
Every plan starts with 14 days free, so you run Keen Bean on real calls before the first charge, and cancelling inside those 14 days costs nothing. Once a period has been paid for, the app spends real money on transcription and models on your behalf from the first meeting, so a period that has been used has already cost something that can't be handed back. Pay for the period you use; stop whenever you like.
How to cancel
Cancel it yourself at paddle.net — enter the email you bought with, pick "Cancel subscription", and it stops. Paddle is the merchant of record, so they can do it without me and there's nothing to wait for.
If you'd rather a person did it, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or quote your Paddle order reference.
Billing stops at the end of the current period. No retention offer, no survey.
What happens to the app
Here is the part worth knowing before you subscribe, because it is unusual.
Your subscription includes the AI usage, which the app runs on capped keys it provisions for you on our accounts. Cancel and, at the end of the period you've paid for, those keys are revoked — that is the whole of the enforcement. After that the app stops starting new meetings; a meeting already running finishes on transcription alone.
Every note, transcript, card and draft stays in your folders either way. Leave whenever you like, you keep all the work.
If something is actually wrong
I'm not going to hide behind a policy. If the app doesn't do what this website says it does, write to me and we'll sort it out.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you. Those rights can't be excluded, and where they give you more than this page does, they win.
Who you're buying from
Keen Bean is made by Michael Jones (ABN 85 663 729 953), trading as Savvy Monkey, in New South Wales, Australia. Purchases are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so Paddle is the seller on your receipt and the party handling payment and tax.
